Hi my name is Michelle Gordon also known as The Healthy Happy Nurse.
As a nurse of 25 years and mum of 3 children I’ve been there! For years I struggled to find the balance and live my best life that felt right for me, and between 2016 - 2018 I suffered extreme burnout, alcoholism and anxiety.
After trying several methods of “help” I took myself on a self led journey to health and happiness where my life rapidly began changing.
I noticed my energy levels dramatically increased, my brain fog shifted to where I had mental clarity and focus, I no longer felt numb and began feeling joy and excitement for life again and I was showing up at home and work feeling confident, happy and in control.
